Kaz (Warrantor), warrants your PUR Faucet Filtration System for two (2) years from the date of purchase, and the filter for thirty (30) days, against all defects in materials and workmanship, when used in compliance with the owner’s manual.¹ If the PUR Faucet Filtration System or filter proves to be defective within this allotted time, contact our consumer services team for assistance. 

90 Day warranty on Pitcher Filtration Systems

Kaz (Warrantor), warrants your PUR Pitcher for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, and the filter for thirty (30) days, against all defects in materials and workmanship, when used in compliance with the Owner’s manual.¹ If the PUR Pitcher or filter proves to be defective within this allotted time, contact our consumer services team for assistance.
