Legal Research Products Established in 1915, Public Utilities Reports, Inc. serves the utility industry and the regulatory community by publishing significant and precedent-setting decisions of state public utility commissions, federal regulatory agencies, and courts. Our print publication, Public Utilities Reports, now in its Fourth Series, is currently comprised of more than 500 hard-bound volumes and contains the full text of thousands of regulatory commission decisions, as well as case synopses, headnotes, and other editorial enhancements. Public Utilities Reports also includes abstracts of hundreds of federal and state court decisions.

Electronic access to all decisions published in Public Utilities Reports since 1973 is available on the PURbase CD-ROM, which also contains the full-text of many thousands of decisions that were not selected for print publication. In addition, published and unpublished decisions are available on-line through Westlaw.

Public Utilities Reports Digest, Fourth Series (PUR4th Digest), is designed to meet the demand for a single, comprehensive guide to cases published in our national case reporting service, Public Utilities Reports, Fourth Series (PUR4th). The PUR4th Digest enables the user to find case law using our unique headnote classification scheme, case tables, and indexes.
